The role of a lifestyle manager

The qualities required of a lifestyle manager are courtesy, discretion, reliability, and a strong knowledge of the commercial and luxury sectors. Each client is appointed a personal lifestyle manager to whom they have direct telephone access at all times. Their role generally begins with managing travel bookings, personal matters, household staff, and the maintenance of family homes and other assets. But in time you will build an intuitive, interdependent relationship with your manager; they will not only understand and expedite your needs and tastes but will be able to anticipate them. Each manager has an assistant who is available to carry out your less professionally demanding errands; as a team, their aim will be to exceed your expectations.

We can suggest, and arrange, bespoke itineraries for vacations, business trips or spontaneous mini-breaks, liaising where necessary with your PA. Chauffeuring

Members of our team are available to engage in venue risk assessments prior to client arrival and departure, to accompany clients to business and social events and to provide executive drivers and vehicles. Alternatively, a 24 hour security support service is also available.

Property management

We provide a comprehensive range of services for the refurbishment and maintenance of client properties, both internally and externally. In addition to providing interior design and remodelling consultations, our property management team oversees home security, landscape gardening, swimming pool services, gas and electrical compliance and safety, and general household maintenance.
